Right of withdrawal
1. Your right
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and its transposition in Ireland (European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013).
The period starts on the day the contract is concluded (subscriptions, digital content and services) or on the day you receive the product (if an order includes a physical product).
2. Digital content and services: express waiver
If you expressly ask to start using the digital content or service during the 14 days and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (or, for digital content, once supply has begun), you will lose that right on the terms set by law.
You will see this request and this acknowledgement in a box that you must tick before paying. We will send you confirmation on a durable medium (email).
- Vanari+ / Founder subscription: if you start using it within the period and tick the box, and then withdraw within the 14 days, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the moment you tell us.
- Digital content delivered in one go (for example, the activation code for an eSIM once supplied): with your express request and acknowledgement, the right is lost when supply begins.
3. How to withdraw
Tell us before the period ends by making an unequivocal statement: write to hola@vanari.ie with your name, your account email and what you wish to withdraw from. You can use this model form, which is not mandatory:
For the attention of Cuandeoro Ltd, 17 Green Acre Court, Templeogue, Dublin, D16 PF54, Ireland, hola@vanari.ie:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [Vanari+ / Founder subscription / Vanari eSIM order / Vanari satellite wifi order], entered into on [date].

If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, you may also need to request the refund in the store itself.
4. What happens next
We refund what you paid, less the proportionate amount where applicable, without delay and no later than 14 days from when you tell us you are withdrawing, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Practical details are in Refunds.
5. Exceptions
The right does not apply once it has been lost under section 2, nor to goods made to your specifications.
