Terms of sale and subscription
1. Who sells
Vanari+ and Founder are sold by Cuandeoro Ltd (CRO 813028, 17 Green Acre Court, Templeogue, Dublin, D16 PF54, Ireland; hola@vanari.ie). Payment for subscriptions is handled by the store through which you subscribe (Google Play and, on iPhone, the App Store), which acts as seller of record and is responsible for collecting payment and accounting for taxes.

Prices include applicable taxes (VAT according to your country of residence, in line with the EU rules on digital services) or are shown by the store before you confirm.
3. Free trial
Your first 3 trips are free. With a free account: 3 trip notebooks of up to 5 stops each. Without an account: 1 notebook.
Padrino: full plan for life, at no cost, by invitation from Vanari.
The Vanari+ trial lasts 7 days (at most 2 trips and 5 nights, whichever comes first) and does not ask for a card, so there is no charge and no automatic renewal when it ends. When it ends, we invite you to choose a plan.
4. Automatic renewal
- Annual and monthly subscriptions renew automatically for equal periods (one year or one month) and are charged at the price in force, until you cancel them.
- Before you subscribe you will see the price, the period, the fact that it renews and how to cancel.
- If the price of your subscription is going to change, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice and before it is applied, and you will be able to cancel at no cost. The Founder plan does not go up in price while it is maintained (see section 6).
5. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, without penalty, from the subscription settings of the store where you subscribed: in Google Play, "Payments and subscriptions" and "Subscriptions"; on iPhone, "Settings", your name and "Subscriptions". You can also ask us for help at hola@vanari.ie.
Cancelling prevents the next renewal. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund (see Refunds).
6. Founder plan
- Limited to the first 100 people who subscribe, in the order of subscription confirmed by the store. When the places are filled, the offer closes.
- "For life" means that €29.99 a year does not go up while the subscription remains active and uninterrupted and while Cuandeoro Ltd continues to provide Vanari. It is not a guarantee to provide the service indefinitely.
- If you cancel, stop renewing or the subscription is interrupted because of non-payment, you permanently lose the Founder price. If you return, the rate then in force applies.
- It is tied to your account and is not transferable.
7. The "Talk to her" voice
It is included only in Vanari+ and Founder.
8. eSIM and satellite wifi orders
They are ordered from this website and have their own terms: eSIM and satellite wifi terms.
9. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (terms) and a right to digital content and services that conform to the contract. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
10. Complaints
Write to us at hola@vanari.ie. As a consumer, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) of Ireland or the consumer authority in your own country.
