Delete my data
You can ask at any time for us to delete the data associated with you: the trips and notebooks you have created and any personal data. It is free of charge.
How to ask
Write to us at privacy@vanari.ie from the email address you use for Vanari, saying that you want your data deleted. We confirm and delete within a maximum of 30 days.
What is deleted
The trip data you entered (vehicle, route, preferences, notes), the generated notebooks and the associated personal data, including voice data if there is any. Deletion is permanent. We store no audio or text from the voice assistant, so there is nothing to delete there.
What is kept
Only what the law requires us to keep, for example the invoicing records of a purchase.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription taken out in a store; cancel it first in the store (see Terms of sale and subscription) so that it does not renew.
What we do with your data
We do not sell it or pass it on for advertising purposes. Details in the Privacy policy.
