2. Purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Vanari website and app, a travel-planning tool for motorhome and camper travellers (routes, overnight stops, budget, travel notebook and voice assistant). Vanari also offers, under its own brand, an eSIM and a satellite wifi service for travelling in Europe. By accessing and using the site you accept this Notice, the Terms of use and the Travel and road safety notice.
3. Conditions of access and use
You agree to use the site and the app lawfully, without damaging, overloading or impairing their operation and without infringing the rights of third parties. Some features require an account.
4. What Vanari is and what it is not
Vanari is a planning tool that offers indicative suggestions. It is not a travel agency or a tour operator, and it does not book or sell accommodation, pitches at motorhome aires or campsites, transport or insurance. The only services that Cuandeoro Ltd provides and sells under the Vanari brand, besides the app itself, are the Vanari eSIM and the Vanari satellite wifi (see the terms).
The owner is not responsible for the accuracy, currency or availability of third-party data (overnight-stop areas, third-party prices, weather, tolls, low-emission zones), nor for decisions taken on the basis of indicative suggestions, which do not constitute professional advice. This exclusion does not affect the rights that the law gives to consumers.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The content, the Vanari brand, the logos, the software, the design and the databases belong to Cuandeoro Ltd or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited. Map and overnight-stop data come in part from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence).
6. Links
The site and the app may link to third-party resources. The owner is not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Notice is governed by Irish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that consumer law gives to users who are consumers, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence in the European Union.
