Who is behind Vanari?
Cuandeoro Ltd, an Irish company with its registered office in Dublin (CRO 813028).
How much does it cost?
Your first 3 trips are free: with a free account, 3 trip notebooks of up to 5 stops each; without an account, 1 notebook. Vanari+ also has a free 7-day trial, no card (at most 2 trips and 5 nights, whichever comes first). After that, Vanari+ costs €34.99 a year or €6.99 a month. The first 100 can be Founders at €29.99 a year for life.
Does my subscription renew by itself?
Yes, annual and monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. The free trial is not charged and does not renew.
How do I cancel?
From the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store, whenever you like and without penalty. You keep access until the end of the paid period. More in Terms of sale and subscription.
Can I withdraw and get my money back?
Yes, you have 14 days. If you started using the service and ticked the express waiver, the proportionate part used is deducted. See Right of withdrawal and Refunds.
What is the Padrino plan?
Padrino: full plan for life, at no cost, by invitation from Vanari.
What is the Founder plan?
100 places at €29.99 a year; the price does not go up while you keep the subscription uninterrupted. If you cancel, you lose it.
Who sells me the eSIM and the satellite wifi?
We do: they are Vanari-branded services, sold by Cuandeoro Ltd. Terms in eSIM and satellite wifi terms.
Does Vanari book aires, campsites or insurance?
No. It plans and suggests; booking and the service itself are provided by third parties. Vanari is not a travel agency.
What does Vanari do with my voice?
Only if you turn on "Talk to her" (Vanari+ and Founder): it is transcribed on our server, the reply is generated and given back to you as speech. Details in Privacy policy. The audio is not stored.
How long do you keep my notebook?
7 days from the last time you open or edit it. You can download it as a PDF and GPX file beforehand.
How do I delete my data?
By writing to privacy@vanari.ie. See Delete my data.
Does it respect my vehicle's height and width?
Yes, the route is planned respecting both. For weight and length, always check the road signs.
