The Vanari eSIM and the Vanari satellite wifi are Vanari-branded services, designed for travelling in a camper or motorhome. They are sold and provided by Cuandeoro Ltd; they are not third-party services that Vanari brokers. They are ordered from this website.
1. Vanari eSIM
- What it is: mobile data for your trip, with coverage across Europe.
- What you need: an eSIM-compatible, unlocked phone. Check compatibility before ordering.
- Delivery: you receive the activation details by email.
2. Vanari satellite wifi
- What it is: satellite internet connection for your camper or motorhome, with coverage in Europe, for those who sleep where the mobile signal does not reach.
- How it works: it needs a clear view of the sky. The connection may be affected by trees, buildings, terrain and the weather.
3. Price and payment
The price and the financial terms of each order are shown in the order itself, before you confirm it. You will see the total including taxes and, if it renews, how to cancel.
4. What we promise and what we do not
The services are provided with due care and in conformity with what is described in the order. Speed and availability depend on coverage, location and the network, and we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted connection everywhere. This does not limit your consumer rights.
5. Withdrawal and refund
You have 14 days to withdraw, with the express waiver described in Right of withdrawal when you ask to start using the service or when the activation code is supplied to you. See also Refunds.

The data in your order is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
