Access and use imply acceptance of the conditions set out herein, of the Terms & Conditions (/terminos) and of the Travel & Road Safety Disclaimer (/aviso-viaje).
The User undertakes to make lawful use of the site and the application, refraining from any activity that may damage, overload, disable or impair its normal operation, as well as from infringing the rights of third parties. Access to certain functions may require prior registration on the terms established.
Vanari is a planning tool that provides indicative suggestions; it is not a travel agency or tour operator and does not book or sell third-party services. The Owner is not liable for the accuracy, currency or availability of third-party content (overnight stay areas, prices, availability, weather, tolls, low-emission zones), for the uninterrupted availability of the service, or for damages arising from the use of the information contained herein, which does not constitute professional advice. The User's responsibility for the safety of their trip and compliance with local regulations is set out in the Travel & Road Safety Disclaimer.
The contents, the Vanari brand, logos, software, design and databases are owned by Cuandeoro Ltd or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited.
The site and the application may contain links to third-party resources and services. The Owner assumes no liability whatsoever for their content, availability, accuracy or policies, the use of which is the sole responsibility of the User.
This Legal Notice is governed by Irish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that applicable consumer legislation grants to consumer Users, as provided in the Terms & Conditions.
